Lifting party 2022 at Barbell Babes Brigade
Another year, another fantastic Barbell Babes Brigade lifting party for Nadia – with one equal and two new personal bests!

Squat: 90kg
Bench press: 50kg
Deadlift: 107.5kg (up from 65kg just two years ago!)
