It’s aliiiive!

The first issue of the Australian Multilingual Writing Project is done and out in the world now. It features some wonderful poetry that mixes English with Spanish, Finnish, Tagalog, Russian/Bengali, Chinese, Hindu/Urdu, Dutch, Indonesian, and more.

Editing it was challenging but that is par for the course with multilingual poetry. In the end, I think I ended up with just the right number of poems. The collection is small, but strong, and each poem is a whole world unto itself.

Now to cook up the call for submissions for the next issue!
