		<description>It&#039;s always good to see the stuff you&#039;ve worked on continue to do well and, in the case of Unity, continue to improve and become increasingly useful as it grows.  

Being in the web industry, that doesn&#039;t happen to me very often because companies tend to overhaul their web presence every few years. So, for example, I was unable to reference most of my pre-MBA web  work (as my web development/management portfolio) in my post-MBA job applications because, two years on, most of the websites I&#039;d worked on had been redeveloped!</description>
