My point is that social media experts should know both about the different types of social media out there (e.g. e-mail, blogs, message boards, etc.) and the different ways in which each of those can be used effectively (e.g. enterprise e-mail usage  vs. non-profit e-mail usage vs. consumer marketing e-mail usage).</description>
